Terms and Conditions – 77bet Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

01 General Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services available through the 77bet platform, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, bingo and all other games accessible through the game lobby. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or product areas, and where they do, those additional terms are supplementary to these General Terms.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

These Terms are available in English only. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version governs in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the 77bet platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the individual whose personal details are used to open the account.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 77bet account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not be employed by 77bet or any of its affiliated companies.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. 77bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Verification

Account verification may be required before deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims are processed. Verification documents commonly requested include a valid national ID card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership, and a recent proof of address. 77bet will communicate the specific requirements if verification is triggered on your account.

03 Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 77bet platform. Multiple accounts, whether created under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address, are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77bet may close all accounts involved and cancel any pending bonuses or withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with anyone. 77bet staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 77bet may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts or close them subject to giving the player reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be managed in accordance with applicable procedures at the time.

04 Deposits

Deposits at 77bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer.
• 77bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Funds deposited into your 77bet account are for gaming purposes only.

77bet reserves the right to return a deposit to the originating payment method if identity verification requirements have not been satisfied before the funds are used for wagering.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 77bet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals are made in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• 77bet may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if account verification is incomplete or if there is an active investigation into the account.
• Funds that originated from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

If your withdrawal request has not been processed within the stated timeframe, please contact support with your account details and the withdrawal reference number.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

77bet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• 77bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including before the offer period has ended, without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• If 77bet determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 77bet platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; 77bet will notify you of any change before the bet is finalised.
• Settled bets are final. If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, 77bet reserves the right to correct the settlement and any resulting balance adjustment.
• In-play betting is subject to live odds updates. A brief delay between action on the field and odds movement is inherent to in-play products and does not constitute grounds for cancellation of a bet placed during that period.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are visible when placing a bet.
• 77bet reserves the right to void or restrict bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is governed by the same general betting rules. Specific cricket market rules (e.g., rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis method applications) are detailed within each market.

08 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games — including slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, bingo and instant games — are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for RNG games, and by live dealer action for live casino games. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes.
• If a game is disconnected mid-round due to a network or technical failure, the round will be resolved based on the state of play at the point of disconnection where the game client supports this. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed within a game round.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slots and casino games are calculated over statistically large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

09 VIP Programme

The 77bet VIP programme awards loyalty points based on real-money wagering across all game categories. Points accumulate towards tier progression through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond levels. Each tier provides access to specific benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limit increases and exclusive promotions.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bets placed using bonus balance do not contribute to VIP point accumulation.
• Tier benefits are subject to change. 77bet will communicate tier benefit updates with reasonable notice.
• VIP membership is non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold or transferred to another player.
• 77bet reserves the right to remove VIP status from accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.

10 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the 77bet platform fairly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Coordinating bets with other players in a way designed to guarantee profits or circumvent risk (also known as arbitrage or matched betting where it breaches bonus terms).
• Using any software, script, bot or automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular players.
• Exploiting pricing errors, system bugs or technical glitches for financial gain. Any profits derived from known errors are subject to cancellation.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards support staff or other players in live game chat environments.
• Providing false identity information or using stolen payment methods.

77bet reserves the right to investigate any account where unusual patterns of activity are observed and to take appropriate action including account suspension, balance adjustment or permanent closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

77bet is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your balance.
• Session reminders — receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the platform.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to complete required identity or payment method verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Underage play identified through verification.
• A player's request for self-exclusion.
• Dormant account procedures as described in Section 3.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any balance associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from rule-violating activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not connected to the breach will generally be returned to the player after any investigation is concluded, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for any reason may contact support. All pending wagers will be settled according to their outcome before closure is finalised.

13 Limitation of Liability

77bet operates the platform with reasonable care and skill. However, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis and 77bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• 77bet is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side or by third-party payment processor delays.
• 77bet is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified systems; 77bet is not liable for outcomes that do not meet a player's expectations.
• Technical issues that affect game availability will be communicated where possible, and affected stakes will be handled fairly in accordance with the relevant game rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

77bet reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date shown at the top. For material changes that significantly affect player rights, 77bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance — for example by a notification within the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure if required.
